添加延胡索酸二钠对绒山羊消化代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究粗料型日粮中添加延胡索酸二钠对绒山羊消化代谢的影响。【方法】选用健康、体重年龄相近的博格达绒山羊(公羊)10只,分为2组,5只/组,添喂延胡索酸二钠0、10 g/goat.d(分别称之为对照组、试验组),以研究粗料型日粮中添加延胡索酸二钠对绒山羊消化代谢的影响。【结果】添喂延胡索酸二钠试验组绒山羊粗饲料的采食量比对照组增加了10.09%(P<0.05);平均日增重提高了118.65%(P<0.05);干物质、有机物、粗蛋白、纤维素和半纤维素的消化量(g/goat.d)分别提高了5.05%、4.86%、1.34%、22.42%(P<0.05)和2.82%;钙保留量比对照组提高了53.85%(P<0.05)。【结论】粗料型日粮中添加延胡索酸二钠可显著提高绒山羊对粗饲料的采食量、纤维素消化量及日增重。 [ Objective ] This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding sodium tumanc acre (SFA) on digestion and metabolism of cashmere goats. [ Method ] Ten male Bogda cashmere goat were select- ed and randomly divided into two groups, 5 cashmere goats in eachgroup. 0 g/goat·d and 10 g/goat·d of sodium fumaric acid were added to the diet of control group and trial group, respectively, to research the effects of adding sodium fumaric acid on digestion and metabolism of cashmere goats. [ Result ] The results showed that, compared with control group, the roughage intake and average daily gain were increased by 10.09 % ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 118.65 % ( P 〈 0.05 ), the amount of the digestible of DM, OM, CP, cellulose and semi - cellulose were increased by 5.05 % , 4.86% , 1.34% , 22.42% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 2.82% respectively, calcium retention increased by 53.85% (P 〈0.05) . [ Conclusion]The present study showed that disodium fumaric acid could significandy increase the intake of roughage, the amount of cellulose digestion and daily weight gain of cashmere goats (P 〈 0.05 ).
