摘要 【目的】水资源是制约干旱区经济发展的重要因素之一。通过用水强度分析产业结构变化对新疆用水效率的影响。【方法】运用因素分解法将生产用水的变化分解成经济规模变动、产业结构变动和产业用水强度变动三个影响因素,重点分析新疆产业结构变动对用水量的影响。【结果】新疆用水总量大,人均用水量和万元国内生产总值用水量高出全国平均水平很多,农业用水占比高,生态用水量大且占比高。【结论】要考虑发展节水型农业,提高用水效率,建立研制推广利用水资源的先进工程技术体系;优化调整产业结构,实现产业结构、布局与水资源承载能力相协调。 Water resource is an important factor that restricts the economic development in dry areas. Fac- tor decomposition method is used in this paper to decompose the change in water consumption into scale eco- nomic change, industrial structure change and change in water consumption intensity. The focus is on the a- nalysis of effects of industrial structure change on water consumption volume according to the water consump- tion intensity.
