This paper introduced the basic situations and characteristics of villages within the Zhengzhou city, researched the reconstruction re- settlement of villages within the city, illustrated the reconstruction resettlement modes of villages within the city through providing the examples, in order to comprehensively improve and increase the overall environment quality of villages within the city.
