针对某道路改造工程评审过程中发现的一些问题进行了探讨,包括重复签证,招投标手续不规范,超概严重等方面内容,提出今后道路改造工程设计、施工及管理要点,以期指导实践。

This thesis explores some issues of road reconstruction project in the evaluation process including repeated visa, non-standard bid- ding, and serous super budgetary and other aspects, and proposes the design, construction, and management points of road reconstruction pro- ject in future, with a view to guide practice.
