The paper analyzes the risks of the builders＇ factors in the process of the capital construction program management by adopting mod- ern management theories, has the brief evaluation on the results and influence of the risks by combining the development status of the current ar- chitectural markets, and points out the respective suggestions for the capital construction management of colleges, so as to provide the direction for the decision-makers of colleges.
