农村金融制度转型与农村经济结构转变——分工演进视角的理论与实证分析

Transformation of Rural Financial System and Restructure of Rural Economy——A Theoretical and Empirical Analysis from the Perspective of Labor Division's Evolvement

从分工演进视角,探讨外生性农村金融制度内生化转型对农村经济结构转变的影响机理;并利用我国1978—2009年间的时间序列数据,对这一影响进行了实证检验。理论分析表明,外生性农村金融制度的内生化转型有利于提升农村交易效率,促进农村分工演进,进而推动农村经济结构转变;而实证分析也表明,外生性农村金融制度的内生化转型是农村经济结构转变的Granger原因,且无论在短期或长期均对其存在明显促进作用。基于此,应加快外生性农村金融制度的内生化转型,促进农村居民消费升级,并增强非农户对农村地区的投资力度。

The paper discusses principles of how the endogenous transformation of exogenous rural financial system influences the restructure of rural economy from the perspective of labor division ＇ s evolvement, and tests this influence empirically with the time-series data from 1978 to 2009 in china. The theoretical analysis shows that the endogenous transformation of exogenous rural financial system may improve the rural transaction efficiency, promote the evolvement of rural labor division and the restructure of rural economy;The empirical analysis also shows that the endogenous transformation of exogenous rural financial system is the Granger cause of the restructure of rural economy, and the former has profound positive effects on the latter either in short or long term. Consequently, we should speed up the endogenous transformation of exogenous rural financial system, promote rural residents consumption upgrading and increase investment to rural areas from non-rural residents
