摘要 本文讨论了TGS连续扫描模式下样品自发射数据的分析方法,将自发射的效率计算分为数值模拟计算样品自吸收和MCNP模拟计算HPGe探测效率三维空间分布函数两部分,并用实验验证了该方法的合理性。 The principle of γ ray emission data-analysis of TGS under the continual scanning mode was discussed in this paper. The calculation of emission efficiency was divided into two parts, and they were numerical calculation of self-attenuation for the sample and simulation calculation of the three-dimension detection efficiency. The experiment results show distribution function of the HPGe's that the method is rational.
