摘要
地理国情监测,是对国情基本要素的空间分布特征、空间组合关系、空间分布及组合变化趋势进行动态和连续的监测,并对成因进行分析、变化趋势进行预测的手段和方法的组合。地理国情监测是经济社会发展对测绘地理信息工作提出的新要求。本文介绍了地理国情监测的内涵、技术路线、组织实施方式等,从加快形成全国测绘地理信息的"一个网、一个库和一个平台"三个方面详细阐述了地理国情监测工作的重点基础工程,以促进该项工作的业务化、规范化和常态化。
Geographical conditions monitoring is the basic elements of the conditions the spatial distribution,spatial composition relationship,trends in spatial distribution and composition of dynamic and continuous monitoring and analysis of the causes,trends to predict the means and methods of combination.Geographical conditions to monitor economic and social development work on the mapping of geographic information of the new requirements.This article describes the geographic situation of monitoring content,technical route,organization and implementation methods,from speed to form a national mapping of geographic information,＂a network,a library and a platform＂ for the three geographical conditions described in detail the monitoring of key infrastructure projects,to promote the work of the business,standardization and normalization.
