近年来,中国石油化工股份有限公司围绕油气勘探开发工程监督工作,进行了积极而大胆的探索,形成了具有中石化特色的勘探开发工程监督体制和运行机制,有力地推动了勘探开发目标的实现和质量、投资、效益的提升。但是,人们对勘探开发工程监督工作的定位、性质、重要性、必要性及发展,有着不同的认识和理解,为此,从中石化工程监督面临的形势、勘探开发工程特点及质量特性、勘探开发工程监督工作的定位等方面进行了比较系统的论述,对中石化工程监督工作目标及发展进行了展望。

In recent years, China Petro-Chemical Corporation made an active and daring research around oil-gas exploration and development, and formed the supervision system and operation mechanism of oil ＆ gas exploration and development engineering with the characteristics of Sinopec, which has strongly promoted the realization of exploration and development goals and the improvement of quality, investment and profits. However, people have different opinions and understanding on the location, nature, importance, ne- cessity and development of supervision work for exploration and development. Therefore, the more systematic explanation focuses on the following aspects like the situation faced by the petro-ehemical engineering supervision, the characteristics of exploration and de- velopment engineering and its quality property, and the location of supervision work for exploration and development. Finally, the prediction is made about the goal and development of supervision work for petro-chemical engineering.
