摘要
醇酮装置采用环己烷无催化氧化法,以环己烷为原料,经贫氧空气氧化生产环己醇、环己酮混合物。为了降低装置的单耗,提高醇酮产量,在脱过氧化器K201后增加换热器E215。生产运行结果显示,投入使用E215后醇酮转化率提高,出口温度控制在(95±0.5)℃时转化率较高,单耗最小,焦油产量最低,取得了较好的经济效益。
Abstract: The mixture of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone is produced by poor oxygen air oxidation of cyclohexane without catalyst in the cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone plant. In order to reduce the consumption and enhance the production of cyclo- hexanol and eyclohexanone, the heat exchanger E215 is added at the back of peroxide removing reaction K201. The results of production run show that the conversion of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone enhanced after using E215. Controlling the outlet temperature in (95±0.5)℃, the conversion is higher, the consumption and the tar yield is low, the .economic benefit is good.
