约定了热工计算条件,介绍了纤维玻璃原料,对形成1玻璃液所需的粉料、硅酸盐反应气体与形成1玻璃液所需的理论耗热进行计算。通过对实例中中碱和无碱两种成分的纤维玻璃熔制理论耗能进行详尽的计算,为纤维玻璃熔制提供基础理论数据。
Under defined conditions for calculation, the quantity of powdered materials and silicate reaction gas needed for producing 1 kg molten glass and the theoretical heat consumption for this purpose were calculated. The examples of detailed calculation of theoretical energy consumption for melting C-glass and E-glass have provided basic theoretical data for fiber glass melting.
