摘要
研究了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维干纱和浸胶纱的拉伸性能测试方法。结果表明,干纱法和浸胶纱法测得的强度结果无显著差异,模量和断裂伸长率存在着显著差异。与浸胶纱法相比,干纱法的模量高、伸长率低。同时,文中不仅对测试机理进行了分析,还建议模量和伸长率的测试应视测试数据的用途选择不同的测试方法。
The test methods for the tensile properties of dry tow( unimpregnated tow)and impregnated tow of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene( UHMWPE)fiber were studied. The results showed that the tested strength values of both tows had no significant difference while their modulus and breaking elongation had significant differences. Compared with impregnated tow, the dry tow had higher modulus and lower elongation. Furthermore, on the basis of the analysis on the testing mechanisms, this paper suggests that different test methods for modulus and elongation should be selected depending on the uses of test data.
