摘要
生物酶用于印染工业是一种符合环保要求的加工方法 ,近年来进展较快。本文对主要生物酶的品种及其应用、加工工艺、性能和测试方法等进行了介绍 ;对纤维素酶和蛋白酶的作用机理进行了探讨 ;并着重介绍了国内的开发情况。
The application of bioenzyme to dyeing and finishing is an eco environment process and is progressing rapidly in recent years. In this paper, variety of bioenzyme and its application, as well as manufacture process, property and test method are introduced. The mechanism of the action of cellulase and protease is explored. The domestic situation of bioenzyme is chiefly introduced. Finally the author expresses his own opinion on developing prospect of bioenzyme.
