摘要
建立了采用液液萃取-毛细管气相色谱法测定水中11种氯代苯类化合物的方法。采用石油醚作为溶剂,萃取水中11种氯代苯类化合物,各类氯代苯类化合物工作曲线回归方程的相关系数均能达到0.995以上;其相对标准偏差均小于5%;其检出限均小于GB 3838—2002和GB5749—2006的限值,能够满足水中氯代苯类化合物检测的需要。
The method was established for determination of eleven chlorobenzene compounds in water by capillary gas chromatography with liquid-liquid extraction. Eleven chlorobenzene compounds were extracted by Petroleum ether and the correlation coefficient of the working curves~ regression equation reached above 0. 995. The RSD of samples were below 5 %. The detection limit of ten nitroben- zene compounds were all below the limits value of GB 3838--2002 and GB 5749--2006, which could meet the requirements of determination of nitrobenzene compounds in surface water.
