摘要
为了解决电磁风扇离合器装机后发生剧烈振动的问题,文章从电磁风扇离合器的工作过程、外在激励和固有频率3方面分析了典型电磁风扇离合器振动破坏的原因,并推导出电磁风扇离合器固有频率与系统质量及刚度的计算关系式。结合企业提供的数据,计算分析得出,弯曲固有频率是共振的主要原因。为电磁风扇离合器的设计提供了参考。
In order to solve the vibration after the electromagnetic-ian clutch was mounted m machine, the working process, extrinsic motivation and natural frequency of the electromagnetic-fan clutch are analyzed in this paper. Then the cause of typical electromagnetic-fan dutch's vibration damage is studied. At last, the calculation relationship between the natural frequency of the electromagnetic-fan clutch and its mass and stiffness are worked out. With date provided, the result show that comer frequency was the major reason for resonance was worked out, which provides valuable reference for design.
