EGR流通能力及可靠性考核试验简易装置的开发

摘要 根据EGR阀试验要求,在现有涡轮增压器压气机特性台架基础上,设计了1套以三通阀为主体的EGR流通能力及可靠性考核试验装置,并对三通阀零部件的具体结构进行了阐述。按照文章所述的EGR试验验证方法对该试验装置进行了重复性试验验证,结果显示本装置具有良好的稳定性和可重复性,该套装置的开发圆满完成了EGR阀新品流通及高温可靠性试验,验证了该套装置设计的合理性。 Based on the compressor performance bench of turbocharger, a set of device that included a principal part of three way valve was designed for EGR circulation capability and reliability test according to EGR valve test requirements, and the structure of the parts of three way valve were described in detail. The repeatability validation of the device was conducted according to the test methods described in this paper. The results indicated that the device has favorable stability and reproducibility. The circulation capability and the reliability test of the new sample of EGR valve were completed with the development of the device, and design rationality of the device was validated.
