摘要
介绍了本质安全设计的基本概念。运用本质安全设计的概念对球罐的安全设计进行了分析,特别是对于丙烯球罐在安全阀泄放过程中的温压变化进行了动态模拟;对处于低温状态下球罐的温升进行了模拟,探讨了球罐的材质选择及安全防护策略。通过对丙烯球罐的各种工况进行深入的研究,选择合适的设备材料,对于保证本质安全是至关重要的,并且往往可以去掉冗余的联锁系统或降低其复杂性。
Basic concepts of inherently safe design are introduced.Inherently safe design of propylene spheres is very important.General design principles of spheres is described.Study on safety design of propylene spheres is made based on inherently safe design concepts,a dynamic simulation of temperature and pressure change in propylene spheres during depressurizing is carried out,a simulation of temperature rise in the spheres at low temperature is carried out,and the material selection and safety protection strategies for propylene spheres are discussed.Based on the study on various working situations of propylene spheres,appropriate materials can be selected.It is very important for the inherent safety of spheres.Redundant interlocks can be removed or their complexity can be decreased.
