摘要
以某改造项目为基础,详细论述了一3.0 Mt/a的常减压蒸馏装置,经改造后,完成单独加工凝析油1.3 Mt/a的情况。工艺改造说明,凝析油的性质、新建或改造项目的具体情况都在很大程度上决定着凝析油加工方案的选择。着重介绍了改造的内容,特别是改造工艺路线被采用的原因,为各炼厂考虑单独或掺炼加工凝析油时选择合适的工艺路线提供了重要参考。
This paper introduces a revamping project,in which a 3.0Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is revamped to process 1.3Mt/a condensate oil.The selection of condensate oil processing technology mainly depends on the properties of condensate oil and the structure of secondary processing units.Revamping scenario and experience are presented in this paper,which could be used for reference in other revamping and grassroots projects.
