摘要 本文以洞轴线总长近10㎞、主支洞合计14个开挖工作面的石岗山、寨子山和马桑林水工隧洞为这样点多面广的水工隧洞工程进行爆破施工的过程中,根据三条隧洞地质结构的实际情况与招标文件描述的严重不符、从而对爆破设计做出重大修改的事实,阐明了对于"爆破技术管理"必须根据施工现场地质结构的实际情况灵活进行,而不能死搬招标文件;对于隧洞爆破施工之前的最后一环"爆破资料"的管理,抓住填写该资料所涉及的"爆前描述"、"参数确定"和"审查签字"等多项重要内容,阐述了"爆破资料管理"的重要性。 this paper, taking the hydraulic tunnel through Shigang Mountain, Zaizi Mountain and Masanglin which is total length of nearly 10 km along spring centre and has 14 excavation faces during the blasting construction as an example, according to the geological structure of 3 tunnels mentioned above did not coordinated with the described in tender document which made the design had been changed. It expounds that blasting management must be flexibility based on the geological structure of the construction site of the actual situation, and earl not only follow the tender documents; The blasting information management should be prior to blasting which should be filled in description before explosion, parameter determines and signature review.
