实施医疗护理责任制管理在持续改进护理质量中的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of the Implementation of the Medical Responsible Care System in Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality

目的:为了持续改进护理质量,为病人提供满意服务。方法:针对科室责任护士管理病人中存在的问题,采取改变排班模式及责任护士管理病人模式,成立了医疗护理责任制小组。结果:病人和医生对责任护士的知晓率提高,责任护士跟随医生查房的次数增多,病人的满意度提高,责任护士能更好地掌握病人病情,节省了更换责任护士时互相交接病情所需要的时间,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成立医疗护理责任制小组能使责任护士更好地为病人提供全面、全程、连续、延续的护理服务,全面提高护理质量。

Objective：To continuously improve nursing quality and provide the patients with satisfactory service. Method：To be aimed at the problems in nursing patients for nurses on duty, the models of the shift management and the responsibility of nurses were changed. The medical care system groups were established. Result：The awareness rate between patients doctors and nurses was improved;The frequency of nurses＇ following the doctors to go round the wards was more;The patients were more satisfied. The time to hand over the materials about patients＇ condition was less when nurses＇ replacement was needed. There was statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The establishment of medical responsible care system groups can make it possible that nurses work better for the patients and provide comprehensive and continuous nursing service to generally improve the nursing quality .
