高职院校酒店管理校内拟景实训模式构建的研究

A Study on Education Model of Simulation in Practice Teaching of Hotel Management

通过对拟景实践教学模式的阐述,论证了高职院校酒店管理专业校内拟景实训的必要性和可行性;针对我国酒店市场的特点,提出了在教学中酒店管理校内拟景实训的具体构建。

Practice teaching in Colleges and universities is a base in cultivating applied talents,the education model of simulation is a new exploration in practice teaching,because it can better integrate skills training and production practice together,remedy the defects on practice teaching which is out of line with theory teaching in hotel major in current.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility the specific construction of simulation training in hotel major practice teaching.
