运用高校教育资源 开发企业外语网络视频培训模式——以杭州下沙经济技术开发区为例

Use Resources of Higher Education,Develop the Foreign Language Training Mode of Enterprises through Network Video——Based on Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone

杭州下沙经济技术开发区涉外企业众多,今以对企业外语的需求及企业外语培训的现状为研究背景,提出以企业为主体、高校为资源、政府部门资格认证的管理体制和运行机制以及监控体系,取证与待遇结合的合作模式,在此基础上,应用现代信息技术开发,将文字、声音、图像、情景、视频等有机结合的企业外语培训新模式。这种培训模式带来了学习方式的重大变化,可以以自学为主,脱产学习为辅的长期的学习方式,解决了课堂与课外教学脱节的矛盾,突破了由"要我培训到我要培训"的理念,达到了开发区涉外企业因地制宜培养企业外语人才的目的。

There are many foreign enterprises in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.With the demand of foreign language training of enterprises as the research background,We put forward to the enterprise as the main body,the resources of higher education,the certification management system by government departments.on this application of modern information technology development,,We establish a new pattern of foreign language training in enterprises by the combination of the text,voice,image,video scenes,This training pattern has brought great changes to the mode of learning,it solves the problem between class learning and learning after class,Realizing the aim of foreign language training in enterprises according to one＇s time and place.
