摘要
用 DSC曲线及动态模量比较两种聚合物 PPU1 780 F1及 NX50 0 81的分子结构与熔体热学性能和动态流变性能的关系。并运用纺丝法 ( Rheotens)研究分析两种聚合物的熔体拉伸流动性能。从熔体拉伸时瞬时拉伸粘度与应变、应变率的关系 ,观察聚合物熔体拉伸变化规律。实验结果表明 :聚合物熔体拉伸粘度随应变、应变率而改变。PPU1 780 F1拉伸粘度高、弹性小 ,适用于纺丝成网非织造布专用聚合物。而 NX50 0 81弹性好、拉伸粘度低 ,不宜过多拉伸 ,可选作为注塑模压成型制品的原料。
The relations between structures and performance of polymer melts PPU1780F1 and NX50081 are compared by DSC curves and dynamic modulus.The elongational flow properties of polymer melts PPU1780F1 and NX50081 are investigated by the fiber spinning method(Rheotens)and the relation between extensional viscosity and Hencky strain and strain rate is observed.The results show that the extensional viscosity of polymer melts changes with Hencky strain and strain rate.For PPU1780F1,the extensional viscosity is higher and the elasticity is lower,so it is suitable for spunbonded nonwovens.And NX50081 has better elasticity but lower extensional viscosity and limited extension,so it is suitable for model processing.
