单纱强力CV%值的试验研究

Test Research of Coefficient of Variability on Single End Strength

以涤棉混纺纱为例 ,就纱线不匀、锭速和捻度不匀、细纱工艺和混纺比等因素对单纱强力CV %值的影响进行了试验分析 ,并用数学统计的方法得出条干CV %值、百米重量CV %值、细纱锭速不匀、捻度不匀与成纱单强CV %值正相关。指出合理配置细纱牵伸和加捻卷绕工艺 ,选择合适的钢丝圈和捻系数是降低成纱单强CV %值的有效措施。

As polyester and cotton blended yarn a sample,this paper analysed the influence of yarn unevenness,spindle speed,twist irregularity,spinning processing and blending ratio on single end strength coefficient of variability.The single end strength coefficient of variability showed positive correlation with yarn evenness coefficient of variability,weight(per 100 meters) unevenness coefficient of variability,spindle speed unevenness and twist irregularity,this correlation was obtained by mathematical statistics.Some effective measures on decreasing single end strength coefficient of variability was gave in this paper,i.e,optimizing the spinning drafting and twisting & winding processing,selecting the right ring traveler and twist factor.
