摘要
介绍了利用模糊数学原理建立的成纱质量综合评价方法 ,利用该方法可改变目前考核纱线质量只以最低项指标为依据的现状 ,实现了结合多项指标对纱线质量可进行客观评价 ,并可结合权重分配的确定 ,可以对各项质量指标根据原料及产品用途分别确定在质量评价中的地位 ,从而提出各项指标合理的考核要求。
The synthetical evaluate method of yarn quality was built with fuzzy mathematics principle.This method could change the status\|quo of checking yarn quality only with the lowest target number,accomplished the objective evaluate with varied targets.Moreover,this method could determine the position of every target in quality evaluate with raw materials and product uses,and could give an appropriate examination demand of every target,this would be combined with the distribution of weight.
