摘要
针对洗衣机洗涤过程的大惯性、时变、非线性、难以建模等特点,采用模糊逻辑对洗涤时间进行控制。详细阐述了控制器的原理和结构,在此基础上作了改进,引入模糊规则"重要度"的概念、加权系数的自寻优等,并介绍了模糊控制规则在单片机中的存储形式,增强了洗衣机控制系统的抗干扰能力和适应性,提高了控制品质。最后以洗衣机作为控制对象进行仿真,结果表明比传统的程序控制方法平均节省时间达5.7%,说明了此模糊控制算法的有效性。
According to the characteristics of great inertia,time-variability,nonlinearity and difficult to model in the washing process for washing machines,washing time was controlled by fuzzy logic in this paper.Firstly the structure and control principle of the controller were described in detail,and on the basis some improvements were made.These improvement include the concept of "importance" of fuzzy rules and self-optimizing of weighting coefficient.In addition,the stored form of fuzzy control rules was introduced in the single chip.Consequently,these measures enhance the anti-interference and adaptive ability and improve control performance of the washing machine system.Finally,the washing machine was simulated as a controlled object,and experiment results show saving time up to 5.7% and the effectiveness of the fuzzy control algorithm compared with traditional program control method.
