摘要
用光镜和透射电镜观察了厚颌鲂精子的显微和超微结构,结果显示:光镜下厚颌鲂精子全长(35.57±1.94)μm,头长(2.16±0.19)μm,尾长(32.42±2.33)μm;透射电镜下精子可分为头部、中片和尾部3个部分.头部近圆形,无顶体,主要结构为细胞核;细胞核内有核泡,核泡内可见电子致密物质;头部后端有1个深约细胞核长度1/3的植入窝.中片由袖套和中心粒复合体组成;袖套两侧接近对称,内含线粒体和囊泡;中心粒复合体由近端中心粒、中心粒间体和基体组成,三者呈"■"形排列.尾部鞭毛细长,具"9+2"微管结构,有囊泡和侧鳍.
The microscopic structure and the ultrastructure of spermatozoon in Megalobrama pellegrini were examined with light and transmission electron microscopes, respectively. Microscopic examination showed that the total length of spermatozoon of M. pellegrini was (35.57 ±1.94) um,the head length was (2. 16±0.19) um and the tail length was (32.42±2.33) um. Observed under the transmission electron microscope, the spermatozoon was found to consist of three parts.head, mid-piece and tail. The head was spherical in shape,formed by a nucleus with no acrosome. The nucleus had some nuclear vacuoles, in which some electron-dense granules were detected. At the end of the nucleus a low implantation fossa was noticed, whose depth was about 1/3 of the length of the nucleus. The mid-piece contained a sleeve and a centriolar complex. The sleeve was proximately symmetric and contained mitochondria and vesicles. The centriolar complex contained three parts.the proximal centriole,the intercentriolar and the basal body. The three parts were arranged in a " " shape. The flagella on the tail were slender,which had a conventional "9+2" pattern with vesicles and lateral fins.
