摘要
为了测试小城镇用地生态安全状况,诊断小城镇用地生态安全隐患,为小城镇持续、健康发展提供科学借鉴,采用实地考察与统计分析相结合的方法,建立小城镇用地生态安全评价基础数据库,运用压力(P)—状态(S)—响应(R)概念模型构建小城镇用地生态安全评价指标体系,结合熵权法和综合指数法计算小城镇用地生态安全综合指数.结果显示:潼南县22个小城镇用地生态安全压力大,生态安全状态较差,生态响应微弱,生态安全综合指数低.提出了加强小城镇用地规划选址生态安全评价、开展小城镇用地生态安全治理、在生态脆弱地区实施生态移民等提高小城镇用地生态安全水平的建议.
The purpose of this study was to put forward recommendations for improving ecological security of land use and offer some scientific guidance for the sustainable and healthy development of ecological security of land use by testing ecological security state and diagnosing ecological security risks of land use in small towns. The methods of fieldwork and statistical analysis were used to establish a basic database of ecological security evaluation of land use. An index system of ecological security assessment of land use was built up following the principles of the PSR (Pressure-State-Response) model. The entropy-right method and the comprehensive appraisal model were used to calculate ecological security index of land use in small towns. The results showed that the land use in the 22 towns studied had great ecological security pressure, poor ecological security state and weak ecological security response. The following measures are proposed to improve the level of ecological security of land use in small towns: strengthening the ecological security evaluation of land use, carrying out ecological security governance of land use in towns and starting ecological immigration in ecologically fragile areas.
