湛江外贸经济发展状况分析

The Development of Foreign Trade Economy in Zhanjiang

近10多年来湛江外贸经济发展落后珠三角沿海城市,其出口经济存在的问题主要表现在出口产品呈"三低"状态,出口企业弱小,出口结构不合理,出口结构多元化程度低,各企业出口不均衡等方面。湛江市应着重质量效益型经济增长方式,发展科技创新,优化湛江出口产业结构。同时还应加快政策法规的制定,多渠道筹集科技项目资金,创造有利于技术进步和技术创新的经济、制度、政策、产业环境;大力吸引和培养外贸科技人才,加强各大学的外贸方面的建设和外贸方面的研究经费的投入。

Since the last decade, foreign trade development in Zhanjiang has fallen behind coastal dries in the Pearl River Delta. Its main problems on export economy include the “three-low”condition of export products, the puniness of export enterprises, the urtreasonable and under-diversified export structures, and the uneven export value among enterprises. Zhanjiang should focus on economic growth patterns of quality and benefit, and should optimize export structure by means of scientific and technological innovation. In addition, the authorities should accelerate the formulation of policies and regulations, collect funds for science and technology projects, and create environments of economy, system, policy and industry which are favorable to technology progress and innovation. Moreover, efforts should be put to attract and train science and technology personnel, strengthen the building of foreign trade departments at universities and increase investment in foreign trade research.
