高职学生实习权益保障的制度构建

当前高职学生实习权益受损现象频繁发生且维权艰难。我国调整高职学生实习活动的法律规范严重匮乏是造成这种局面的首要原因。要切实保障高职学生的实习权益,必须先行构建实习权益保障法律制度,着重建立实习协议制度、实习基准制度、实习指导制度、实习责任保险制度和实习监督制度。

The rights and interests of vocational college students in the internship have been violated frequently at present.The serious shortage of the legal norms about vocational college students＇ internship is the major cause for this situation.Therefore we must build up legal System for protecting the rights and interests of vocational college students in the internship.It is Important to establish agreement system,basic standard system,guidance system,liability insurance system and supervision system for college students＇ internship.higher vocational college students;internship;rights and interests;legal system
