摘要
形体是我国一项较为年轻,以表现力、姿态为主题的运动项目,现如今在大同大学中开展,成为锻炼的主要内容。本文采用了实地调查、文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对大同大学普系选修形体课开展情况进行了调查研究。结果显示:学校开展形体课的环境有限、受重视度不高、教师经验不足、具有严重的性别倾向,应加大形体课在学校开展的力度,加强学生对形体的重视,提高教师的形体专业水平,完善学校基础设施,使形体课在学生中能够较为广泛的开展。
The physique is a relatively young, with expressive force, posture as the theme of the sport in China, now becomes the main content of exercise in Datong University. Through using the method of field investigation, literature review, questionnaire and interview, this paper makes investigation on physique class development in Datong University. The result shows that school physical education environment is limited for form class, emphasis is not high, teacher is lack of experience, and has serious tendency of gender. We should increase the strength of the physique lesson in school, improve teachers' professional level, prefect school infrastructure and make phy- sique lesson in the student develop more widely.
