The Definition of the Firemen's Physical Ability

目的:消防员属于特殊社会群体,对体能有特殊需求。只有对消防员体能内涵进行深入了解,才能全面认识体能训练过程中出现的问题,从而促进消防员体能提高。方法:查阅文献资料和实地走访了解消防员职业特点,进而对消防员体能进行界定。结论:消防员体能是指消防员为了有效完成任务,身心所必需具备的承受外界负荷的工作能力,包括合理的形态结构、良好的身体机能储备、优化的运动素质、过硬的心理素质和超强的环境适应能力。

Objective： Firemen belong to the special social group who requires special physical ability. Only when we have in - depth understanding of the firemen＇ s physical ability, can we fully know problems what appears in the physical Training, and promote the improvement of firemen＇ s physical ability. Method： Reviewing the literature material and field visit to understand the firemen＇ s professional features, and define firemen＇ s physical ability. Conclusion： Firemen＇ s physical ability is the work ability to do task effectively which is necessary to bear external load, including reasonable form structure, good body function reserves, the optimized sports quality, good psychological quality and strong adaptive capacity to the environment.
