摘要
福建省建瓯市为全国重点茶区之一,是一个产茶大市。茶果是该市三大农业主导产业之一,茶农十万余人。运用SWOT分析法对建瓯茶产业内外部环境进行系统分析,提出了建瓯茶产业发展的系统性战略:SO战略——重视深加工产品开发,建设茶庄园,发展旅游观光;ST战略——发展绿色生态茶,合理配置茶资源;WO战略——与高校对接提升茶产业发展水平,尽快制定产品标准,规范产销;WT战略——改进营销方式,提高产销组织化程度,以促进建瓯茶产业科学、健康发展,带动广大茶农早日脱贫致富。
Jian'ou City of Fujian Province,one of the most important tea production areas in China and tea industry being one of its three leading agricultural industries,boasts more than one hundred thousand farmers.Based on a SWOT analysis of both the internal and the external environments of its tea industry,the paper comes up with systematic strategies for developing the tea industry in Jian'ou: SO Strategy——to improve deep processing of tea products and construct tea plantation,carrying out tea culture tourism;ST Strategy——to develop the concept of Green Tea,promoting rational allocation of tea resources;WO Strategy——to cooperate with universities to promote the development of tea industry level and establish product standards;and WT Strategy——to enhance the systematization of production and marketing by improving marketing strategies.
