高校学生管理法治化视野下的学生权利保护——以学生的个体权利为主要视角

The Protection of Students' Rights under the Backdrop of Legalization of College Student Management In the Angle of Student's Individual Rights

以学生的个体权利为主要视角,着力从政治权利、社会经济权利、文化教育权利、人身权利及救济性权利等方面分析高校学生权利的个体性,进一步揭示高校学生管理法治化进程中学生权利保护存在的问题,从法律法规及制度、权利救济等理论和实践的角度全方位多渠道构建高校学生管理法治化视野下的学生权利保护体系。

From the perspective of students＇ individual rights,the paper analyzes the individuality of college students＇ rights,including political rights,socio-economic rights,cultural and educational rights,personal rights and rights of accepting reliefs,further disclosing the problems in the protection of students＇ rights in the legalization process of student management.Then a system of protecting students＇ rights under the background of legalization of student management is sketched which involves theories and practices concerning legal regulations,rights,reliefs and so on.
