肠易激综合症药物治疗的研究进展 被引量：21

摘要 肠易激综合症（I耐tablebowelsyndrome，IBS）是一种常见的慢性胃肠道疾病，以腹痛、腹部不适和排便习惯改变为主要特征，常持续存在或反复发作，经检查可以排除引起这些症状的器质性疾病，目前认为本病是一种功能性肠道疾病。在西方国家IBS发病率为10％-15％，而在中国由于地域，人种不同，各地发病率有所不同，北京地区的发病率为0．82％，
