摘要 以食品添加剂联席专家委员会第70次会议对孔雀石绿的风险评估报告为主要依据,分析了水产品中孔雀石绿的膳食暴露评估和风险特征,为方便快捷地了解国际组织对孔雀石绿的风险评估提供参考。 Malachite green (MG) is an N -methylated triphenylmethane dye that was used routinely in some countries in aquaculture and was considered by many in the fish industry to be an effective antifungal and antiprotozoal agent in aquaculture. It is not permitted in aquaculture of fish destined for human consumption because of the long half - life and the teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic adverse effects. The previous paper primarily introduced the mala- chite green toxicity characteristics. In this paper, the dietary exposure assessment and risk characterization of the mal- achite green were reported mainly based on the report of JECFA 70th meeting so that readers can quickly and easily understand the risk assessment information on food evaluated by international organizations.
