醒脑静联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病510例疗效观察

Effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with Ribavirin in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children:clinical observation of 510 cases

目的观察醒脑静联合利巴韦林对小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将510例手足口病患儿分为2组,对照组应用利巴韦林治疗,治疗组用利巴韦林加醒脑静。结果治疗组总有效率为96.8%,对照组66.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的退热、退疹及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病疗效好,不良反应少,预后良好,值得推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with Ribavirin on hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods All 510 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups. The children in the treatment group were treated with Xingnaojing and Ribavirin,whereas the children in the control group were treated with ribavirin along, comparing the two treatment efficacy and drug safety. Results The total effective treatment group （96. 8% ） was significantly higher than the control group （66. 5% ）, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with Ribavirin can significantly improve the efficacy on hand-foot-mouth disease, drug safety, and worth promoting.
