摘要
研究了以纸张为原料合成聚氨酯材料的方法及其反应机理。采用化学分析、IR光谱分析以及电子显微镜观察相结合的方法 ,分析了所合成的聚氨酯材料的化学及物理特性以及聚氨酯结构的形成机理。研究结果表明 :纸张聚氨酯化后 ,可以使纸张中的纤维之间产生氨基甲酸酯结构的连接 ,从而提高纸张的物理强度 ,尤其是湿强度和挺度得到大幅度提高。
The methods of synthesizing polyurethane with paper were investigated. The combination of chemical analysis, IR analysis and scanning electron microscope observation were used to analyze the chemical and physical characteristics and forming mechanism of the polyurethane derived from paper. It was found that carbonate bond was formed between TDI and cellulose in fibers when the paper was treated with TDI. The treatment can enhance the paper's physical strength,especially the wet strength and stiffness.
