中西医结合治疗跟骨关节内骨折66例临床观察

Effect of the integrative medicine in the treatment of fcalcaneus intra-articular fracture:A clinical observation of 66 cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果。方法对我院收治的66例跟骨关节内骨折患者进行分析。随机分为两组,对照组采用闭合撬拔复位石膏外固定法,治疗组采用中西医结合的方法,观察两组患者愈合时间、跟骨X线变化、足部评分以及并发症情况。结果两组患者骨折愈合时间、并发症以及Bohler角比较中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但Gissane's角以及足部评分比较中,治疗组明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医治疗跟骨关节内骨折临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of calcaneus intra-articular fracture with integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods All of 66 patients with ealcaneus intra-articular fracture were randomly divided into two group, the patients in treatment group was received with integrated traditional and western medicine. And control group was received with closing percutaneus reduction by leverage and plaster external fixation. Results the fracture healing time, the rate of side effect and Bohler angle of treatment group were equated to control group, the differences were not statisti- cally significant（/） 〉 0.05） ;Gissane＇s angle and Maryland foot score of treatment group were better than control group, with statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional and western medicine shows satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of calcaneus intra-articular fracture, and it was worthy of clinical use.
