摘要
目的探究胃大部分切除手术后行肠内营养患者的护理方法。方法选取胃大部分切除手术患者64例并随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予术后肠内营养治疗并配合全方位的护理措施,对治疗结果及护理方法与患者的反馈进行详细记录与比较分析。结果实验组在肠道功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者出现低蛋白血症、伤口感染、腹胀、腹泻等并发症的几率相比,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);同时实验组患者术后肠内营养效果显著,疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论胃大部分切除手术后行肠内营养患者的护理方法疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients underwent enteral nutrition after most part of gastric resection. Methods Sixty-four cases of large partial gastrectomy surgery patients were selected and randomly divided into ex- perimental group and control group. The experimental group was given enteral nutrition therapy and full range of care measures. The treatment results and methods of care and patient feedback were detailedly recorded and comparatively an- alyzed. Results The intestinal function recovery time, anus flatus time, length of hospital stay of experimental group were better than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). The probability of complications such as hypoproteinemia, wound infection, abdominal distension, diarrhea in the experimental group were better than in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The enteral nu- trition effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statis- tically significant. Conclusion The efficacy of nursing methods for patients underwent enteral nutrition after large partial gastrectomy surgery is significant, safe and reliable, and worthy of clinical use.
