克氏针弹力钢丝治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折80例体会

Kirschner wire stretch of supracondylar fractures in children treated 80 cases of experiences

目的探讨克氏针弹力钢丝治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法采用克氏针弹力钢丝治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折80例,分析其疗效。结果经6个月～6年随访,按骨折愈合标准:优良率为98.8%。结论采用克氏针弹力钢丝治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的方法是一种行之有效、操作简单、疗效可靠、易于推广的方法。

Objective To investigate the elastic Kirschner wire treatment children with supracondylar fractures.Methods The treatment of children with Kirschner wire stretch supracondylar fractures,the efficacy were analyzed.Results After 6 years of following-up to six months,according to the standard fracture healing:healing rate was 100%.Good rate was 98.8%.Conclusion The treatment group were treated with Kirschner wire stretch supracondylar fractures in children is an effective method of operation,and it is simple,effective,reliable,easy.
