摘要
为了解决翻转装配机构的逆-正轨迹规划问题,首先对翻转装配机构工作原理进行了讨论,并运用机械设计软件创建翻转装配机构的模型,将其简化成滑块曲柄模型。再通过几何关系和坐标变换的方法分别建立运动学分析方程,并求解。最后运用虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS进行多体的运动学的逆-正仿真。
Based on mechanical design software, it creates the model of the reversal assembly machanism. The reversal assembly machanism consists of sliders and crank. Using the methods of geometric relationship and coordinate transformation, it establishes the equations of kinematic analysis. This can find the movement of sliders when the mass of product is running the arbitrary track in the feasible region. Finally, it simulates the muli - body and negative - positive track planning with ADAMS in kinematics.
