摘要
为了在提高ABS阻燃性要求的同时 ,又能保持、甚至改善ABS的力学性能 ,本文于ABS/PVC /Sb2 O3体系中加入了增容剂CPE及自制助剂TR ,建立起五组分阻燃ABS共混体系。实验结果表明 :经适当配比的该阻燃体系不仅达到了垂直燃烧GB 460 9— 84,FV 0级标准 ,而且体系的冲击强度可高于通用ABS树脂和高冲击ABS树脂。
Aimed at keeping the mechanical properties of ABS unchanged or improved while flame retardancy increased, we add CPE and TR to the systems of ABS/PVC/ Sb 2O 3. Thus, the blend system with five factors is established.The experimental results show that the flame retardancy of blends reach to GB 4609—84 FV 0 grade, and the impact strength could be higher than ordinary or high impact ABS resins.
