摘要
以一种新型溶样技术分解鱼肉 ,用Zeeman石墨炉原子吸收对鱼肉中硒含量进行测定。方法的回收率为 96%~ 1 0 1 % ,其相对标准偏差为 3.2 9% ,检出限为 2 .62× 1 0 - 1 1 g。并成功地测定了三种食用鱼肉中硒的含量。该方法灵敏度高 ,操作简单、快速 ,结果令人满意。
This paper reports a new dissolved technique to detect the selenium contents in fish flesh by Zeeman AAS. The limit of detection is found to be 2.62×10 11 ?g. The RSD(%) is 3.29(n=11) and the recovery of selenium is 98% 101%. This new method is sensitive and convenient to use.It has been used successfully in detecting three kinds of edible fish.
