FDI与高新技术产业集群相互促进、相互影响,二者的互动现象日渐明显。安徽省在经济发展过程中,注重培育产业集群,高新技术产业集群的快速发展,大量外商资本的注入,在客观上加快了安徽产业更新换代和自主创新的步伐。以安徽高新技术产业集群为焦点,就FDI与安徽高新技术产业集群的互动关系加以探讨,对于促进两者之间的有效互动和提高安徽高新技术产业群的竞争力具有重要意义。

The interaction between FDI and high--tech industry clusters that promote and impact each other greatly is on the increase. In the process of Anhui Province＇s economic development, efforts on fostering industrial clusters, the rapid development of high-and-new tech industrial clusters and a large injection of foreign capital have sped up industrial upgrading and independent innovation from the objective perspective. This article focuses on the high-and-new tech industrial clusters, discussing the interactive relationship between FDI and the high-and-new tech industrial clusters. It is hoped that the discussion will be of importance for the promotion of effective interaction between them and the improvement of the competitiveness of high-and-new tech industrial clusters.
