摘要
以砂子、炉底灰为主要原料,制备了砂基膏体充填材料。对该充填材料的原料配比及其与流动性和抗压强度等性能之间的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明,萘系减水剂增加坍落度时会引起坍落度的损失,需要与木钙减水剂一起复合使用才能达到充填工艺对流动性要求。通过正交试验,获得了能够满足采空区充填要求的充填材料优化配方比例。
Sand base paste filling materials were prepared using sand and fumace bottom ash as the main raw materials. The relations of their liquidity, compressive strength and other properties with the ratio of raw materials for the filling materials were investigated. The results show that naphthalene superplasticizer increases the slump and causes the slump loss, which needs to use a composite with wood calcium superplasticizer to achieve the filling process for meeting the liquidity requirements. The optimization formulation ratio of filling materials was obtained by orthogonal test.
