Expression of Cox-2、VEGF in colorectal cancer and their clinical significance

目的研究Cox-2、VEGF在结直肠癌组织中的表达,探讨两者相关性。方法应用免疫检测法检测60例结直肠癌组织、9例正常肠组织Cox-2及VEGF的表达情况,比较Cox-2及VEGF表达的相关性。结果 60例结直肠癌组织中,Cox-2、VEGF表达率分别为83.3%和85.0%,显著高于正常肠组织表达;Cox-2和VEGF在结直肠癌中的表达呈正相关。结论 Cox-2、VEGF的高表达在结直肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用,Cox-2、VEGF可作为判断其生物学行为及评估预后的生物学指标,具有一定临床意义。

Objective To study the expression of Cox-2、VEGF in colorectal cancer and discuss their correlation.Methods The expression of Cox-2、VEGF in 60 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 9 cases of normal bowel tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical staining,and their correlations were statistically compared.Results The positive rate-of Cox-2 and VEGF in 60 cases of colorectal cancer tissue was 83.3% and 85.0%,significantly higher than normal bowel tissue,the expression of Cox-2、VEGF in colorectal cancer had positive significance correlation.Conclusion The high expression of Cox-2、VEGF may be play the important role in the process of colorectal cancer,Cox-2、VEGF can be used as judge its biological behaviors and the prognosis of evaluation index of biology,have certain clinical significance.
