低位三管引流治疗直肠癌一期切除吻合术后吻合口漏观察(附20例报告)

Effects of drainage by three lower tubes upon postoperative leakage in twenty patients with rectal carcinomas

目的探讨低位三管引流对直肠癌一期切除吻合术后吻合口漏的治疗效果。方法对20例直肠癌术后出现吻合口漏的患者,通过低位三管引流治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 19例治愈,平均治愈时间为(23.2±9.6)d,另1例行结肠造瘘。结论低位三管引流对直肠癌根治术后吻合口漏有明显的治疗作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of drainage by three lower tubes upon postoperative leakage in 20 patients with rectal carcinomas.Methods Drainage by three lower tubes（two tubes were placed in intestinal cavity through annus and one tube was placed in the presacral cavity） were applied in 20 patients suffering from anastomotic leakage following rectal resection for carcinomas.Results All patients recovered.Mean recovery time was（23.2 9.6）d after anastomotic leakage.Conclusion Drainage by three lower tubes can exert satisfactory therapeutic effects upon postoperative anastomotic leakage in rectal carcinomas.
