基质金属蛋白酶-9及其与系统性红斑狼疮的关系 被引量:1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种病因未明的自身免疫性疾病,认为可能是由于机体细胞免疫和体液免疫功能紊乱,产生大量各种自身抗体,形成免疫复合物,继而引起多器官、多系统损伤。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一组结构和功能同源的锌离子依赖性蛋白酶超基因家族,是能降解细胞外基质的蛋白内肽酶的总称。其在生理状态下参与胚胎形成、新生血管的形成及伤口愈合;在病理状态下参与组织重构、风湿性关节炎、恶性肿瘤转移、动脉粥样硬化和急性冠脉综合征的病理进程[1]。近来研究表明MMPs中重要成员MMP-9水平的异常与SLE的关系密切。
