摘要
飞秒激光的发展 ,给玻璃的研究带来了崭新的内容。本文综述了近年来国内外在这方面的研究进展。主要有光致破坏、光致变色、光致玻璃折射率变化、光致稀土离子价态变化、光致玻璃显微晶化、光致长磷光产生等。这些现象在高密度光贮存和光波导、光子晶体、三维显示器件。
The development of femtosecond laser introduced a brand-new field in the research of glass. In this paper, the research on the glass using femtosecond laser in the world has been reviewed, including photo-induced damage, photo-induced darking, photo-induced refractive index change, photo-induced reduction of rare-earth ion, photo-induced micro-crystallization of glass, photo-induced long lasting phosphorescence and so on. These phenomena have a broad usage,especially in optical storage, fabrication of optical wave-guide, photo crystal, three-dimensional display device and three-dimensional optical circuit, as well as in engraving inside transparent material.
